But anyway whilst I don't disagree with most of what you say I think we need to treat something like this very differently to some other horrific sex crimes. Yes he was older and was no doubt taking advantage. MoD Edit I am not saying what he did was right. But in some countries they wouldn't have a problem with it. If you think this person 'abused' this girl then you must also agree that the legal system in Japan and Spain allows abuse of children. Very tricky subject anyway.
