The quality of player we are signing now is much better than immediately prior to his appointment and we should be trying to build on that , not ripping everything up and losing continuity . In all the years I have followed Hearts the biggest issue has always been not replacing players properly and a lack of continuity . The old firm have this sussed and it works for them .
