Unless of course we are 3 up by then! strangely enough I had a dream we won 0-3. Shankland on 14 mins, Varga on 47 and Oda off the bench on 84. Probably means nothing! There is no way the SFA will allow us to derail Rangers title push. The main concern for us is competing well and winning football matches. With the squad we have we can absorb any red card bar Shankland really. Not your best post Rods.

Saint Jambo
Good to see Atkinson back in the starting line up. Also trying not to get overrun in midfield looks good. Grant is clearly firmly in Naismith's good books these days. Option for Cochrane to slide into midfield if Naismith wants to go 4 at the back at times. At the coaches night he talked about the previous game at Ibrox being cat and mouse with each team changing formation back and forward repeatedly. Playing Vargas over Forrest gives more pace for an out ball, versus Forrest being able to carry the ball up field well. Arguably Vargas pace more likely to lead to a goal where relieving pressure more likely to prevent us losing a goal, so positive attacking intent. Vargas has also been scoring of course. Moved wide 2nd half and was brilliant. Think Vargas is more suited in that role initially. Fraser struggled to get in to the game last week, so maybe Grant offers a bit more? Its a coin toss really

liam11
Very relaxed about today. We’ve been on an excellent run, the team will go into this with good confidence and I know the manager will have a sensible game plan and not just see it as a free hit. Always wary with Ibrox that you could play the game of your life and come away with nothing due to referees/VAR etc. Important if so that we pick ourselves up and batter Hibs and Celtic at home. I can't remember when Forrest didn't start in the last few weeks so maybe he's being given a bit of a rest from that responsibility. This will be an intense game with lots of second-half subs so to have Forrest and Fraser on the bench for when Vargas and Grant tire looks like good game planning. Yup scoring too early could really hamper us....we just need to hang on and steal a late winner, not allowing time for the ref to give them a leg up. Having said that from 6o mins on if they havent scored we're into penalty rangers time!!! Corruption so obvious yet some deny it.
