Probably not but the point is little St Johnstone did it.  We can’t even win one cup.  Plus they beat Rangers at Ibrox on the way to one of them, something we’ll never do either, so they didn’t avoid them in both cup wins.

Rangers and celtic treat us as a big game. Always play there better players. Same when they play aberdeen and hibs.

What somebody did once has no real relevance in the circumstances. Leicester won the EPL once. They wont be doing it again anytime soon.

 

Celtic won the European cup once. They wont be doing it again and neither will anyone outside a financially elite group.

 

SJ got lucky, they had no master plan. Somebody else may get lucky in a cup, but you cant bank on luck that could go anyones way.
