If she is 16 he could even Matt it her . It’s bizarre . There may also be issues regarding “ abuse of trust “ if she messaged him innocently at first about just football and then he distorted it and Turned tge convo to sexual matters ? She was doing a class with teenagers about sex matters and one of the kids piped up with the fact that as she was 17 her and her boyfriend could have sex but if they filmed it they couldn’t watch it as pornography is illegal if you’re under 18.
