Quite a leap there...assumes the draw comes out exactly the same with us in it...(unlikely)...and also assumes blame (should Hibs win it) with “you know who” when the charge could more easily be directed toward Lennon, Gerrard, McInnes and the umpteen other ‘top tier’ sides who fell before now. Always frustrating to watch a Scottish tournament open up without the Glasgow clubs and not be involved. The blame for us not being involved lies entirely with ourselves, the blame for someone else winning it (any one of the remaining four) does not, IMO of course.
