Wait till their fans get wind of no fans in the stadium this season.

We will soon see how their loyalty stands up.

I work work with a close relative of a H1b5 player and he told me this week that the players have still not agreed wage cuts and are really pissed-off at Dempster & Ron the Con.  I'm hopeful he'll spill the beans soon, especially if his relative ends up leaving the vermin.

They must have taken TheTeaBoy’s advice and told them to “**** off”.

Pretty sure offers will still come in for him. He’s had a good season.

It would be quite ironic if Villa would have been relegated if the league had been called???

Moffat’s ability to do so will be dependent on the libraries opening up again.

They will but as he has had a good season, is still in the EPL and on a long contract he is going nowhere.

The difference for villa now that there is no need for a fire sale so they might not have to sell.  Grealish more likely to go as been looking for a move previously

Can’t see them selling both McGinn and Grealish. Mings in demand as well.

Yip 12 more years at villa before he retires having shown them a great loyalty.

Don't know precisely Villa's finances.

Except it would have been tough in Championship having spent to get promoted last year.

But they don't need to sell John McGinn. Grealish can fund their development.

Yeah.

Would think the team is built round McGinn next couple of years.

Maybe Hibs get a bit of money for them staying up.

How long do sell on clauses normally last? Never sure about the ins and outs

McGinn has had a decent season but whenever I’ve watched Villa he hasn’t been great.
I can’t see him improving a Man U / Liverpool etc unless as a squad player so you’re talking about a sideways move to a a Newcastle / Southampton.

6/7 million tops if he moves now.

McGinn to Liverpool?!

Where has that utter nonsense came from?

Man Utd is a massive stretch as it is.

Would imagine it being the terms of the initial transfer contract,or less.Would also imagine the sell on percentage to drop year on year also.

The idea that Hibs are going to get a few million is absolute fantasy by them.

He literally can’t defend as he has no positional awareness, no chance he’s going to a bigger club than he is already at.

Transfers have changed since the finances were made fairer.

Likes of Aston Villa don't need to sell McGinn.

Aston Villa are big enough. They are well funded. They'll want to build now. Aim for top 6.

He's not scored for Villa since September.  He went missing when Villa were going backwards.

Who said top 6? Not me. Villa are horseshit. Plenty of better teams he could go to that aren't top six.

He will do even better playing with better players.

I’ve never been over impressed by McGinn and was surprised to see how well he was doing at Villa,  but I was today reminded of his biggest asset when in the closing two minutes he was burdened with the task of holding onto the ball at the corner flag and aye,  he managed to stick his huge arse into opposing players keeping them well away from the baw.

They better hope he doesn't get another long term injury. Players made of glass are not very valuable.

I think Hibs are banking on the sell on fee, throwing their eggs into on basket

Grealish is a far better player and will likely get a move. McGinn hasn’t done enough to warrant an upwards move.
