Not when it was carried out in violation of the Companies Act 2006...please go and read the QC advice given to PTFC. VERY interesting reading. Aside from the alleged coercion and blatant material non-disclosure regarding the prize money and broadcasting deal, the simple fact that they allowed Dundee to change their vote, contravenes the Companies Act 2006, screwing their original resolution.
