He's not signing guys he doesn't know on short term deals like Cathro did. If he had worked with them before and they had terrible attitudes then he wouldn't be bringing them. Advijaj was released by Trabzonspor so is our player, we may have an option to extend his contract though Langer had 6 months remaining with Schalke but doesn't appear to be a loan from reading the article so maybe negotiated his release? I would be surprised if it was any more than 50%. Still it's better then them staying here, never playing and us having to pay their full wages.
