What about bringing back some of the players out on loan? Any word on that?

Interesting.

Hopefully we can get the business done pretty quick and give the lads time to settle in before Airdrie.

Why would Killie want 8 of our players? 🤪

Sounds good, 5 additions to the first team familiar with the system and style requested by Stendel should see us flying.

Great, DS will have used his time here to suss out the Duds and shine them on👍

This thread is going to be a classic 😁

Folk listing players they want gone may be optimistic. Might be we’ll be cashing in to fund new signings.

No more fecking projects either

Whighton a stick on for a return to Dundee

Pace incoming please

I think the 8 leaving will be:

Bobby

Smith (to Stoke)

Hickey (back on loan)

White

Mulraney

Wighton

Naismith (Killie manager)

Whelan

In:

The 4 Stoke players

Boyce

Cheers Daz.

If Michael Smith goes I will be absolutely gutted.

Would rather keep Smith as well.  But if get a good fee for him at 32. Will be hard to turn down.

Liam Lindsay been reported as a possible loan deal

Good stuff.

A dozen fringe players from Liverpool plz.    Now that they'll pish the league.

This or GTF.

Posted

We are only after two from stoke Lindsay and the keeper.

Posted

Bobby, Brandon, Dikamona, Whelan, Bozanic, MacLean are out of contract in the summer so I’d imagine they’d be the easiest to release.

Brandon, Dikamona and Bozanic have all done ok though.

If we could get fees for Mulraney & Uche, that would be decent.

Man City have been after Hickey for a year so that oils extremely likely.

Sounds good. We prob near more than us in the longer term but need the players to gel quickly

Posted

Smith left the pitch last and looked a bit emotional (or just knackered as he put in a shift?) Last game perhaps?

Pure guess work but I can see him going to Stoke and they will offer us Lindsay + a fee in return on a permanent deal.

They will then also loan us their backup keeper Davies and Diouf on loan.

Lindsay plus a fee? You're having a laugh right! Lindsay a 2.5 million  player so will also be on massive wages so there's no chance of us signing him permanently

Liking the sound of this 👍

Time to get real players & real coaching for the 1st team.

Would want Smith to stay, he's been about the only consistent player in recent months.

At 31/32 I'm not sure if Stoke would go for him,  and no chance of Lindsay + a fee..

Things are gonna change though, long overdue

The manager needs supported sounds like he will be

Can we have a separate thread just for ex players folk want back to save them polluting this one

Posted

Smith regularly last to leave and claps the support. I’m hoping that wasn’t significant today as I’ve a real man crush for him. Would love to see him as corner stone of Stendel revolution

Yeah, we need as much of it done as possible inside the first week. First game back is the 18th, so if we're going to do major surgery the team will need a bit of time to gel.

My hope is that we've got players good to go from the 1st of January onwards.

definitely,  Stendel has mentioned on a number of occasions that he really needs this break to work with the players.

Hopefully players, agents, clubs have been sounded out to get this done ASAP.

Have I missed something? Someone suggests a rumour/guess/wish then people take it as gospel? Naismith out? WTF?

I'd suggest probably the players on their way out would be those who haven't featured much/lately under Stendel. That being the case I'd imagine Smith to be staying

Posted

So many of the gutless lazy trash are on long term contracts, it will be hard to move them on.

Posted

Been a supporter of info from you on individual signings but you simply do not have that level of info. Absolutely reeks of attention seeking.

Yep but as others have said few of the discarded will attract offers. Likes of Smith and Hickey will and unless the Board pony up DS may fancy the money to rebuild his own team. To reiterate, I’d be gutted but that’s the way the market works
