When the teams walk out, the whole north stand and round the corners a bit will be a sea of maroon and white. That will be some sight. I’m starting to get the excited/nervous feeling - God knows what I’ll be like by Saturday. C’mon the jambos!!!

Dont know what its is about this semi final but Im not looking forward to it at all.

Kinda takes me back to the Semi-final against Airdrie I had a bad feeling then and I have the same now.

Anyone know how many tickets we've roughly sold? Anything North of 15k is a good effort for the kick off time, and with it being on the telly.

I'd hope, and expect 20k as a minimum. Kick off time is fine, and I don't really get why fans wouldn't want to go to Hampden for a semi, we are rarely there!

Regardless where people watch it, hopefully it's not the last time we play there this season!

That is a worry, if we make the final, and more so if Celtic do, as that most likely means Collum, who you can’t trust when Celtic are involved, or Madden, who is simply awful.

Thats an appalling record with him as ref. 1 win in the last 11 - in a friendly.

This season, he has cancelled out a goal against Raith, cancelled out a goal against Kilmarnock and failed to send Tansey off.

Due one then :whistling:

I'd normally agree with that, however we only have 14k season ticket holders, and there's a lot of apathy around right now with the way we're playing, but the way I look at it is that we have a very winnable semi final to look forward to, and as you say, we don't get there very often, and historically, we've not taken a lot more than 15k through to a semi at Hampden.

If we lose on Saturday, it won't be because of the ref, that's for sure!

Irrespective of league position we should be up for this.

As fans we go on about how Hearts should be getting to more semis and finals and winning more trophies.

Here we are.

People shouldn’t complain( if they are) and let their enthusiasm be dampened by a poor league campaign. We crave days like Saturday and more.

Please enlighten me how Morrison is one of our best wide players?

He has been utterly  horrendous every time  he makes an appearance of late .

I would rather see Berra out on the wide  right than Morrison tbh .

We only have two wingers so he is one of the best, I was being sarcastic about signing 20 players and having a teenager and another guy who doesn’t look when he crosses as our only wingers.

About 60 left in the North, 100 in the open sections in the East and probably closer to 500 in South and 1000 in West of what has been opened.

Nudged up a bit over the past 24 hours, I would say getting very close to 18k

So what’s the story with Scott Gardner? Heard bad things when he was at Dundee....

Does a club the size of ICT really need a CEO?

Heard it here first: We will come out lightning fast and go straight for it, Hearts will be 1-0 up in ten minutes.

Having said that, that doesn't mean it won't end up 1-0 :D

It's a game we should be going through to 100% convinced there is only going to be one outcome, a victory. I do think it is unfortunate, yet very understandable, why some do have some doubts. I'm going through, hopefully like all other HMFC fans, in the hope that we will make the final, and then let that day take care of itself. But instead of going just wondering how many goals we can rack up it is difficult to get rid of thoughts relating to what we can do wrong, for no other reason than some recent performances have done nothing more than create doubt. At this point we don't know how we will line up, will we make use of the big park by playing someone out wide (not  utility defenders) on each side of the park, do we have anyone available to help Uche up front, or are we going to allow Inverness, through the way we play rather than the way they set up to play, to keep the game narrow and restrict goalscoring opportunities. How will the fans react if it turns into a game of struggles and is still level at HT. From the two posts above I understand both approaches, I'm going through in hope rather than expectation, the sort of attitude I'd be more inclined to take if one of the OF were the opposition. But I can also understand why people have fears to an extent, because the lack of confidence and pride being displayed on the park is extending to those who are watching. Come Friday, when work is over I hope that my personal confidence rises and I can head off convinced that despite recent events it will end up a very good day out on Saturday.

Did you hear about how we didn’t order seats? Budge employed him to help her with the strange world of Scottish Football, he worked for the club that died too funnily enough. The club said he left due to personal reasons, not letting anything out the bag by saying he likes a drink.

He did leave for personal reasons, related to his health, but you are way off the mark if you think it was drink related.

I carefully didn’t say it was, just that he likes a drink. Couldn’t care less, I’m just glad he left.
