When the abandoned game at Ibrox a few seasons ago was replayed I couldn't go due to having a holiday booked. I went into the TO and asked them to give the ticket to someone for free. The girl behind the counter flat refused and suggested I send it back to The Rangers. I emphasised that I didn't want any refund but she didn't want to know. I was taken aback at her attitude. Was regular updates on ticket sale but absolutely hee haw for the SC semi. I'm guessing they just don't want the comment sections on social media filled with levein out comments. I was told as it wasn't Hearts cash, that I would get a refund & I did - it was a wee while ago though, Ross County I think was the game & I'm certain it was on advise from somebody on here, but the memory isn't 100%!
