I'd prefer we did a throwback to when the red, blue and white strips ran in the wash and gave us our maroon colour for the very first time. I've tried to mock up a throwback kit. A wee hybrid between our first maroon in 1878, and the 1910 shirt with the white heart stitched to the shirt. Ajax as the away throwback for good measure. I would like to see the club do a lot less of the cloak and dagger stuff, with the little teasers? just release images of the shirt with a release date, and perhaps before the trades fortnight so that kids can have them for their holidays.....stop mucking about....just release the shirt, you dont sell more with fannying about, logic dictates that the longer they are available the more they will sell and even more if its a good one, seriously why waste 3 months of the summer by not selling summer wear, which footbaw taps are?
