HMFC THE TEAM FOR ME

I'd take Oleksandr Gladsky (ex Shaktar Donetsk) Michael Kramer and Coulibaly. They would all add something to the team

I agree would also take Jeremy Toulalan (if possible) Phillip Wollschied would be brilliant next to Berra & Souttar and potentially Yohan Mollo plenty players out there should at least enquire.

stab in the dark but: Yahia Kébé

holds french citizenship, most recently played in Iraq.

Been on the books of Bordeaux and Blackburn rovers previously.

He is 34 though so seems unlikely.

aye was just fun to have a random guess.

The Scandinavian Iraqi lads are much more plausible. He was about the only player in Iraqi league that would get a work permit but I dont imagine thats a market we are really shopping in.

Are either worth being excited about?

Wasnt told any names, as I was told on Tuesday, the assumption is still two foreigners and not before the weekend...As Levein has stated in the press today.

(don't know about the British guy Banderson has mentioned today.)

hopefully CL pulls a rabbit out the hat and we get somebody who can push KL for a starting place.

There are bargains to be had,  Dundee just got Caulker...i know not a striker, but you get the point ?

Ishmael Miller currently a free agent and has played at the highest level, he would do nicely alongside Big Kyle and Naisy with Skinny feeding from the other side.

I think we can safely assume that we won't sign anyone in a forward position who is 30+ (unless they are pretty well known) or any player who has been without a club for the last 6 months.

So we're not signing women then? I think that's the right way to go, at this stage.

Hurry up and sign someone. That way we won't have to read the pathetic attempts at humour from some on here.

What's the story with Dexter Blackstock?

Been a while without a club but played at a decent level.

If he is available he would appear to have as good a record as anyone available. However he seems to have fallen out with his previous manager due to attitude though.

I'm assuming the Iraqi doesn't play in Iraq. If you can't get a game in Iraq, you're not good enough for Hearts.

Surely?

I wonder if someone got their war-torn middle-eastern countries mixed up and the Iraqi striker is actually Syrian Sanharib Malki? He trained with Roda JC in November and looked to be close to signing for Fortuna Sittard at one point after failing to win a deal. Former team-mate of Djoum's at Roda.

Not an exciting prospect but he's the best guess I could come up with.
