Mac80
Apparently big and strong. Might be utilized as a bully type player in the center of the park? Can apparently also pick a pass from the liverpool bio. the way i see it is if he has been at liverpool since he was six and they havent binned him, there must be something about him. People saying he has been shite whenever they have seen him need to remember the gulf between the scottish and english leagues. Scottish football might suit him.. EDIT: Ill be reserving my judgement
Russ1977
Folk writing this guy off before he has kicked a ball for us is ridiculous. I can't imagine there are many folk on here who have even seen him play so let's wait till he has played a few games for us before making statements saying he is not what we need. Clerry Jambo
Can't really see the point in this one, if Liam Smith is going on loan Brandon and McGhee are there to cover as is Smith-Brown, So we stop Brandon's opportunities this season. If it's for midfield we have sufficient cover players. A first choice midfielder is what's required. Don't think this sends out the right message to our fringe players and seems a waste of money if we are contributing towards his wages. Sorry mate but McGhee is just not good enough and will be getting punted. Looks like Smith will go on loan just leaving us Smith and young Brandon. Lets give this lad a chance and see where he plays - we need a bully type in the centre and maybe that's what he will bring

Lord Beni of Gorgie
It was just an example of the type of player we should be looking at rather than this guy. My mate doesn't work in football but what he doesn't know about Liverpool isn't worth knowing. It's his life. He was raving about Owen before he even played for the 1st team. If we could get a gem for a season it's worth doing a loan deal but no point in trying to develop a bang average player for another team.Other opinions think different. Thanks for the insight all the same.Liverpool are offering this guy. We don't get to pick which players Liverpool want to loan
Lord Beni of Gorgie
Its not so long ago Shinnie was described as a left back. He now bosses midfield for Aberdeen. Perhaps Randall will be adapted into our midfield enforcer

the big show
His natural position is midfield so perhaps this is where we plan to play him. The way i look at is he is young , looks to be a hungry strong player and i would say looking to improve and get 1st team football regular and go back to Liverpool a better player if it is a loan deal we take him on , Can he be any worse that what we have got in the Cm position ? Personally i would think he is a upgrade because he is far more mobile , strong and has more to his game than what we have had . As well as this guy we are Still needing another quality goalscoring midfield player and a goalkeeper though .

wavydavy
Wouldn't be averse to him coming in as a depth on loan to act as deputy to Michael Smith. wavydavy
This lad is a right back and could only play midfield in emergencies. We need a keeper, an attacking midfielder and a winger. What is Levein and Cathro playing at. They obviously haven't got a proper plan and are just winging it between them, absolute roasters the pair of them if this is true. I don't want loan signings they have not proved good for us most of the time in the past. We clearly need to strengthen our Midfield and Goalkeeing positions and this guy has neither as his preferred position. He may be able to fill a gap in midfield but he is a full back. Maybe more to this one than meets the eyeI didn't mean to put the lad down, just that every other players clips showcase their abilities with goals and moments of skill,This is the first I've seen where the player just keeping it simple...doesnt mean he'll be pish, I've seen loads of other clips and been fooled when we've signed player and their not quite as good as their clips showed[emoji106] Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

Well according to the Evening News they are suggesting that we are wanting one outfield player and a Goalkeeper. So if we sign Randall then that only leaves a Goalkeeper to sign which is pretty underwhelming in my book if that turns out to be the case. CJGJ
I'm lucky in that I have seen him play live and on TV. Bauld
I'll wait until I've seen what he can do in our team first before passing full judgment. He has my full support from the moment he arrives. One more for the middle and a goalkeeper to go. Still surprised no high profile departures over the last couple of weeks. Thought Walker and Djoum would be away by now. TexasAndy
Can't blame them after our recent history of poor signings. The jury is out on every player now as we've signed so many bad players. Still doesn't give us the right to pre judge. It also works the other way when going overboard about players like Dauda and Oshawina who proved not suitable for us. It used to be that when a player signed for a club they used to get the luxury of a settling period of say half a season before being crucified. Now a players gets one touch and all hell breaks loose.

I do support the team by paying for my season ticket every year, donating to the club every month and to kickback. I support the team on the pitch when I am at the games but I don't like what is going on and can air my views on here just as much as you can moan about not liking them. That is what theses boards are all about people's opinions and unfortunately we don't all have the same ones.
