Once more a Scottish club taking advantage of the current cross border agreements to get a player on the cheap as opposed to him staying in England... they can then pay higher wages or a very good signing on fee. In England he was being talked about a ?5 million player for a transfer fee,, it will be no more than ?500,000 for Celtic Rangers have done the same and it is something we should be looking at albeit at a different price level.
