I don't see any of the usual padding you'd expect on a goalie top, looks gen to me.

Am I the only one who's getting taken back to happy memories of different flavoured pouring cream at school dinners by the way?

Like battenburg everyone likes batten burg

It is yellow and pink hoops ffs. Who in their right mind thought that would be a crowd pleaser. Ffs we gonna run out on the pitch wearing high heels next.

You never fail to disappoint.

What's wrong with pink man? Oh I suppose if we wear pink we must love wearing skirts and bumming lads?

Naw.

Come on man, It's just a colour. Deal with it. Or are you an insecure Jessie? You're obviously no man enough to pull off wearing pink!

Also, great time to mention I'm a huge Palermo supporter so I MAY be biased.

What are you talking about? You asked when the last time was that we wore maroon against motherwell and partick!

10 out of 10 for smart arsery. As I clarified above, away from home.

But you knew that.

Geoff, I wasnt being a smart arse, you never said anything about playing away from home.

You said 3rd strip needed for partick and Motherwell.

The other guy said what about maroon.

You said when was the last time we did that.

I showed pictures of the last time we did that.

At no point did you say or imply anything about playing away from home!

If you want people to understand what you're saying, try using words instead of expecting us to guess correctly

Wouldn't buy but it'll appeal to some.

Another one of Gardners efforts.

Good job mate.

I clearly meant away games but great bantz as ever.

Ah well that's different. As i said previously no idea. But Maroon is an obvious solution, is it not?

You would think. However, the last time I recall us wearing maroon at Motherwell (happy to stand corrected) was when Robert Sloan scored the winner! As for Partick, I can remember the 1-0 win to stay up in 93/94. Since then, I don't think so.

Can't bring my self to admit you're right enough and I'm just being humpty

Never said you were wrong, just that your smart arsery was shite. Hope this helps.

I like it and will buy it. Think the wee man would like it too. Might be the first time in years I'll buy both the home and away. Can see why some wouldn't like it, but then you'll never please everyone.

I honestly just remembered that we'd played against well in our home tops while they wore theirs last season, which is unusual. I had to look up partick.

But whatever, your opinion of me is a matter of the minutest concern. Have fun Chuckles

I get the Roseberry connection but I wonder (if this does turn out to be the away kit) if AB likes the idea of the pink as it signifies support to breast cancer sufferers. A bit of a leap I'll admit but two birds with one stone and all that.

On the teaser yesterday. Was the crest and puma logo not on a yellow background?

They're on pink on that top.

It looks more like a goalie kit to me this one.

Then again I could be wrong.

Pink is one of my fav colours. As we speak I am wearing a pink tie.

Not on a football top tho eh. Especially not with another pastel colour and hoops

If that's the real away shirt, the teaser must have been from the shorts.

Very smart. Completely different shade to top tho - hoping that is just 'lighting'.

Never understood why we change for those clubs, nor Dundee United, where's the clash?

Won't be buying this pink & yellow kit (if that turns out to be official), think it looks awful but each to their own.

Ludicrous to be honest, the club are supposed to be trying to generate money.. From a pure business perspective it makes no sense.. Clearly we don't need any additional revenue... Confidently predict that will be the worst selling kit in the last 2 decades..

Hoops don't bother me in the slightest. Why would they? I think the colours are also brilliant. Great to have something "a bit out there" and zany for a second kit. White shirts are boring, bland and all pretty samey samey.

I've not bought an away kit for years (other than the FOH one) but I'll absolutely be buying this.

Some people need to brush up on their history.

One of our early kits were hoops.

The ones that dyed into our now famous maroon.

Yaaaaaaaasssss!

If that's real and not just a prototype, I'm buying 10.

Belly brigade won't be happy with they hoops though!

Some of Hearts earliest strips were hooped......Bobby Walker is portrayed in Roseberry coloured Scotland strip.

Don't Shoot the messenger

Looks fake to me. If it isn't then i'm not sure we can be happy with that top, a really poor effort from Puma

Fair play to Puma. They're quite bad for producing generic looking template gear. Except for the African nations.

Least this is something quite unique.

Youngest will love it. After all strips are for kids.

Also touching on tradition which is good.

But grown men in their 40s are appalled at this.

Don't they have a voice?

Where is the democracy in all of this? The club's should Have known the fans would be up in arms at this strip.

Hoops?

Shitebags the lot of them.

could it be that top is just a new range to sell in shop not necessarily the new away top?

100% is away kit and the club aware it's now doing the rounds on here and social media.

I reckon they will speed up any further teasers/release photos.

Anyway.

Strip creating lots of 'chatter'

Publicity.

Branding.

Great move by the club.

Looking at the bigger picture and not just 40 somethings that won't wear hoops or pink.

As folk say kids will love it.

And they my friends are the future not the 40grumps. Thank feck...

They will be looking for the culprit who took the photo and they will be getting their knuckles rapped, it's happened before.
