The Apprentice

I got my Usual 2XL yesterday, Very similar fit to last seasons, maybe's a little less forgiving on the gut. Length-wise it's similar to last seasons.

Thanks, and you too Dumpson. Tried last seasons one on when in the shop before a match but didn't like the low v-neck. Really like the shade of maroon and rounded collar on this one though. Pity about the training gear.

No worries bud ! I was one of the seemingly few who was happy with last seasons effort but this seasons is better again in my opinion, very classy ! Can't wait to see the much hyped away kit now !

The badge looks like it's in the centre of the shirt there.

Are we going for a completely minging Ajax style shirt?

Yes, at least two kits that I can think of. One we wore away to Red Star Belgrade.

3 years ago we start adopting Motherwell songs

Last season we adopted their playing style for the second half of the season

This season we're adopting their strip colours - might as well re-brand us Heart of Motherwell

What is it with templates that these manufacturers use? Nearly every national/club team Nike sponsor have the same design home kit

Gigolo-Aunt

Can mind Beckord/Paille wearing a yellow away top that had darker shoulders on the top.

Will wait until I see the whole strip on this one.

Don't think the picture shows the layout of the actual shirt. You can see the grain in the fabric is going in slightly different so it's probably two different pictures next to each other, and I doubt they'd have puma to the upper left.

Badge looks amazing though. Like old school embroidery but also still very much like the hi def woven applique badges of today.

Love anything that's different. Doubt it will look as motherwell as this suggests either. Hopefully no 'sash'.

And end of the day, we're hanging on to our white, got to keep the puritans happy.

I mind having that strip as a kid, loved it. We first wore it against Red Star Belgrade.

I think it's nice to have a change of away shirt once in a while from the normal reverse job.

It needs to have black or dark blue shorts though maroon ones would be honking.

Puma badge on the left, rather than the right?

If that is part of the strip.

It's two separate sections merged for the teaser. If they were that close, the badge would be level with the Puma logo.

The Future's Maroon

I will say I'm intrigued, could be a cracker...or it could be horrible!

Not put off by the yellow, love the badge.

Indeed.

This is more like a strip launch!

The Future's Maroon

I suppose it could still not have pink stripes...

The odd thing is that although that would be a nightmare, I would end up buying it if that obscure!

I think the badge looks lovely with the stitching round it.

Me too, I also think the badge looks lovely with a nice dark maroon instead of the light burgundy it usually has - that's bugged me for ages

Yes, away to Dundee during the Robinson days. Mo Berthe's debut if I remember correctly.

If it's yellow then Scott Gardiner can ram it right up his pink hoop.

Not necessarily my view but the opportunity was too good to let pass without comment.
