Gorgie_Rules
Can't be arsed reading through to find out, but will we be getting drawn into wee groups of potential opponents like previous campaigns? Asked this earlier in the thread and it was suggested they split teams into pools of 7 or 8. It is suggested on Bert Klassies website that this grouping process can regionalise the draw to ensure small clubs don't get a very expensive long trip but there is no official confirmation of this. In previous years, I am sure the splits get announced the day/night before the draw so we may have a better idea come Sunday, anyone confirm that? Strachsuit
Anyone got a list of our potential 1st round or 2nd round opponents yet? Can't seem to see anything on UEFA website and are we seeded for 2nd round? Surely we know this by now, with all the European leagues well finished? Apologies if I've missed it. One of our members who had meetings with staff in Germany booked the meetings and flights when the draw was first made. So they were in Edinburgh for the first leg and Germany for the second. Ricardo Quaresma
I might be completely wrong but I think the coefficient carrying over thing stops at round 3. Now you mention it, think you might be right there; seem to remember some limitation to it This is from Uefa: "The UEFA administration seeds clubs for the qualifying phase, the play-offs and the group stage, in accordance with the club coefficient rankings established at the beginning of the season (see Annex D) and with the principles set by the Club Competitions Committee. If, for any unforeseen reason, any of the participants in such rounds are not known at the time of the draw, the coefficient of the club with the higher coefficient of the two clubs involved in an undecided tie will be used for the purposes of the draw" As the first 2 rounds are drawn simultaneously, the teams are unknown, so the higher number is used All teams should be known for the play-off round, unless a deluge prevents Tynecastle from from being able to stage a match, causing a delay, therefore the tie winner to 'not be known' in time for the play-off round draw
Midloth_Iain
FIRST QUALIFYING ROUND (matches 30 June & 7 July) Entries 96 clubs enter in the first qualifying round. Seedings Teams ranked according to their coefficient and further split into seeding groups prior to the draw. The groupings for the second qualifying round are made after the first qualifying round draw. The balls representing the winners of each first qualifying round tie took the coefficient of the seeded club in each tie. Draw procedure Each side in each seeding group is allocated a number. Balls containing the seeded numbers are placed in one bowl, with balls for the unseeded numbers in the same group positioned in another. A ball is taken from each bowl and put into a large empty bowl in the middle, where they are shuffled. The clubs whose numbers correspond to the first ball drawn play their first game at home, against the teams whose numbers match the next ball drawn. Statto
I was there 2 years ago, I'll post as much info about Tallinn as I can. There's a big square which would be perfect for a Hearts gathering pre-game. If Infonet are going to play their Europa games at Levadia's ground, it may be moved to a Wednesday as the other 2 Estonian Europa teams play there also. Pretty sure I read their stadium only holds 400.

Statto
The name of the square in Tallinn is 'Raekoja Plats', it's 10 minutes in a taxi to the National Stadium, 30 minute walk. From what I remember, taxis are reasonable, some are different prices, the fares are in the window of the taxis, prices per km etc. ask the fare before you travel. Yeah it's a near impossibility for any to be seeded. Even if hibs beat Brondby and took their co-efficient they would need 16 out of 22 teams with higher co-efficiently to be knocked out. Statto you might know... if you beat a seeded team in 3rd round do you take their coefficient for 4th or is that only between 2nd and 3rd rounds?
