Went out with a couple of mates about half 9 last night. Had 6 maybe 7 pints of Tennents (we had decided to have a cheap steady night) and woke up this morning feeling like i'd been hit with a train. I'm quite a big lad and can handle my ale. Did a half hour walk home from the pub no probs, no falling about or throwing up in the street. But that this morning was unbelievable!!!!!! Used to get that when I did the Friday after work routine. Not too much but not too little. Felt like muck in the morning. But you could drink 15 pints on a proper sesh and wake up next morning right as rain!!!!! I love Tennents, it;s our national drink. After the presentation work had chucked on a buffet and free bar so kicked the arse out of the free bar before heading back into town to meet the bird and was wrecked at closing time, woke up saturday morning and went straight to the gym i was feeling so fresh!
