I was too drunk at 12.30 so had 3 pints of water. Helped fight off the hangover :)

No hangover today. I have been working all weekend so I can afford a season ticket. Every cloud and all that.

I look forward to getting destroyed at my mates wedding a week today however. See you in here on the Monday after that. (If I make it out of Bathgate alive).

Don't particulalrly consider myself old (still in my 30's) but I used to be able to drink pints of lager all night. Went out with a couple of mates about half 9 last night. Had 6 maybe 7 pints of Tennents (we had decided to have a cheap steady night) and woke up this morning feeling like i'd been hit with a train. I'm quite a big lad and can handle my ale. Did a half hour walk home from the pub no probs, no falling about or throwing up in the street. But that this morning was unbelievable!!!!!!

I've experienced that a couple of times with cooking lager. Presume it's the massive amount of chemical shite they pump into it.

Used to get that when I did the Friday after work routine. Not too much but not too little. Felt like muck in the morning. But you could drink 15 pints on a proper sesh and wake up next morning right as rain!!!!! I love Tennents, it;s our national drink. But I'm willing to concede its possibly not the purest of brews!!!!!!

Sat at home last night and drank a crate a few cans of Fosters.

Why do I do these things to myself? :sob:

Know that feeling, last thursday I was at a meal with the birds family and restricted myself to 3 pints as I had a big presentation at work on Friday, woke up feeling like death! After the presentation work had chucked on a buffet and free bar so kicked the arse out of the free bar before heading back into town to meet the bird and was wrecked at closing time, woke up saturday morning and went straight to the gym i was feeling so fresh!

Really doesn't make sense!!!

I'll probably have one of these bad boys on Sunday.

But, for the first time in years I don't have to raise my head from my bed until around 2pm if I wish.

Wife & bairns away for the week from Friday to let me do 'work' in the house.

:look:

This happens to me! Had two glasses of wine at the pub after choir last night and a glass of vodka lemonade when I got home. Woke up this morning feeling utterly horrendous, a lot worse than I would do if I'd had a bottle of wine and several vodkas. It's a strange one.

An hour late for work. The bosses can't even be mad as they made me stay out. Drinks again tonight!

Tell me about it. She was actually a really nice girl and extremely tidy. Which is probably why she left swiftly in shame the next morning...
