Ah, ok, thanks VladMagic.

The museum is therefore the Pinacoteca do Estado de S?o Paulo. (I'm not taking the point though, that should go to VM).

Don't know the name of the museum but, according to Wikipedia, that station was built in Glasgow.

 how the heck???

The big building is Luz Station in Sao Paulo. No idea what the smaller one is?

Maybe shouldn't have thrown in another building

Just to add to the mix, the names on the golden pennants haven't been erased completely, so it looks as if the hotel's name ends in something like "mann". The menu on the front indicates that it's a restaurant as well as a hotel, while the blue and white badge indicates that the building itself is protected heritage under the 1954 Hague Convention (which the UK only just completely signed up to this year!). Also, the fact that the Italian flag is next to the EU one in the centre of the grouping of 6 flags may indicate that this is in Italy.

Easter Road

Nope, I can see why you'd think that. What should have given it away that it was wrong, was the fact there are people there.

That's another toughie you've thrown us, LB. Getting your revenge in, I see.

Any clues on this one? South American football stadium?

All roads lead to Gorgie

I thought it could be a cricket ground in the west indies or somewhere as the floodlights look oddly situated but the language looks like it rules that out.

Ah, that will be the Estadio Roberto Clemente in Masaya, Nicaragua.

It is indeed a baseball stadium.

Thanks for the extra clue!

The last time you said you would post an "easier" one, it ended up being a small gardens in Musselburgh that you would have to know to know (if you see what I'm saying) and I spent an hour soaring like a bird through the skies over the outskirts of Edinburgh on Google Maps trying to spot a gardens that looked from above how I imagined your picture looked. An hour of my life I'll never get back. ;) So, no, none of your "easier" ones.

Out of interest, how on earth did you pick a baseball stadium in Nicaragua (unless telling us how will give away the secret of how you choose the locations in general)?
