Think musa must start this one might be our only forward with a bit of confidence. Feel like shankland has had enough chances but he will play again so my guess is .

               Gordon

Oyegoke Kent Rowles Kingsley

             Beni devlin

Vargas.                         Spittal

            Musa shankland

I'd like to see that, with the possible switch of Vargas for either Dhanda or Forrest

If carlsberg did rivals...

I can see us getting a maximum of 4 points from our 4 games prior to Christmas, and that's me being optimistic! Time to get used to the idea of being bottom for the Derby, hopefully we are within 3 points of them so we can leapfrog them on the day.

This isn’t a third placed Hearts going into a Sheep home game licking their lips with a possible defeat doing little harm in the grand scheme of things, this has big pressure on us and will affect the players.

Some have been salivating at the thought of this fixture as being some sort of guaranteed retribution for the Pittodrie defeat when we played well.

It’s certainly not as straight forward as that. Big characters needed.

Biggest game of the season for Hearts

Losing is not an option

Correct need to win but need to win by 3 goals to go above the vermin on goal difference. Unlikely, sadly.

Wilson?  Boyce?

Ha ha, well yeah, Wilson could come on. But I'm more saying that Shankland needs something - anything - to change. Starting on the bench and coming on at 60mins could be enough. Break him out of the same old routine, the same old patterns of thinking...

Massive game tomorrow.

It really is a must win.

It's not a must win but it would be brilliant if we did win. Aberdeen have lost one league game this season so it's going to be tough.

I have no confidence in this team.

Cant defend, rubbish up front, nothing on the bench and zero pace accross the board.

Kingsley will get roasted by which ever winger Aberdeen play.

Absolutely must win game tomorrow. No hiding from the fact we are staring relegation in the face unless we up the ante.. We have a squad that's well short of  what should be expected from the income coming into the club right now but it's time for the players to show they are up for the fight. It's their careers at stake!

Thats why we need a few signings in january then a few more in the summer. So many poor players in this team the now but we can be the 12th man tomorrow.

Is it? Our keeper is not far off retiring. Most of our defenders could get a move to the English League 1 or one of the better paying Asian leagues easily enough. Our midfielders the same. Neither of our two main forwards actually want to be here.

Critchley might struggle to get another decent job for a while if he takes us down, but the players, well, they'll be okay, sadly.

Perhaps time to change the tactics up a little and go with two up front. Still feel Dhanda can be a good player for us but needs to be played or at least tried in the 10.

We need a captain that will call them out if they are not given their all for the cause. That sadly is not the case this season.

Absolutely, an anyone who thinks it is not really wants to pull there head out the sand! Zero points tomorrow and we are 3 adrift, the reality is no matter if performances have improved we are still bottom of the SPL. Let that sink for a second for some people, bottom of the SPL which is commonly know by everyone outside Scotland as a pub league. The board keep preaching how good off the park is but when are we going to get consistency on the park. We have one or 2 good season then we are absolute dug shit for the next. There is something not right with that and need to be found out and addressed.

I think Musa seen as a wide right or wide left player. I hope he starts and hope LS starts too. This is the game it is going to change and our captain scores a brace.

If we lose tomorrow we are not definitely relegated and if we win we are not definitely staying up.

Glad for one thing, in this predicament, surely there's not going to be anyone claiming this isn't a must-win game

Every game until further notice is must-win

It's certainly must not lose, let's not try bury heads in the sand here. We lose and we're 3 adrift at the bottom.

When you're adrift at the bottom every game becomes must win.

Thats reality.

That facts are if we're still bottom of the league end of January then we'll need an emergency managerial appointment.

Nobody wants that so let's start picking up points.

Our support feels on the brink of self destruction and I really hope we stay together tomorrow as the team clearly need all the help they can get.

The 4 games following this one are much more 'must wins' imo. 😀

This!!

Tomorrow is all about getting a result by any means possible. If that means 10 men behind the ball and catching them on the counter just once, then so be it. The players need to get stuck in, graft for each other, and more importantly, the fans!! The manager needs to be brave as well.

Would be tempted to drop shanks for Wilson now

Correct but, we have all been here before saying ach well we are beat again always next week tho to get 3 points but next weeks 3 points never come. This is absolutely a must win in terms the longer this goes on good performance but no pointd and with being 3 points adrift. People seriously need to wake up as our recent history dictates the urgency to get 3 points quickly. Draws are absolutely no good to us.

We’ll be bottom 3/4 until at least mid Jan and then i think we’ll start to pull away a little. Basing this on the run of games, Jamestown support, some forwards signing and everyone above us simply cutting each others throats.

Appreciate we’ve lost 4 in a row but what a ridiculously set of hard fixtures they’ve been and in all honesty, defeats in 3 of them were expected.

We do need to try and start winning though and tomorrow would be a good start but with 5.5 months left of the season I wouldn’t be too concerned about an actual relegation battle…

Yet 😬

Disagree. Musa wide forward player. Apparently his goals in the last behind closed door game against Dundee were from wide. I hope he starts tomorrow.
