It's generally regarded his best game was v celtic at Parkhead He ****ed up when 1 v 1. Cost us a goal Got sent off That was if not his best game, one oof his best games! Also joined a struggling Hearts side. Some signing though when you look at his career. Numerous trophies with PSG including the Cup Winners Cup. Played for France in the Euro 96 semi-final and scored in the shootout which they lost. Yeah I'm sure he was a good friend of big Giles Rousset

The final piece of the jigsaw sort of thing. A fine player on his day but he had nowhere near the impact I'd hoped for. TBF to Ferguson after we bought him we resorted to hoofball and big long punts over the midfielders to the strikers. at the time I remember thinking ' why did we pay a club record fee for a good midfielder only to punt the ball over his head? AGoodLaugh
Whelan and Damour. Signed two players who, in the previous two seasons, had each won promotion to the Premier League whilst playing most weeks. Ended up with two players not good enough for any team in the Scottish Premiership, or even the top half of the Championship. Whelan at least was aging and disinterested; but I'll never understand what the hell happened with Damour. Four year deal as well...

Pans Jambo
As has been said, Juanma, Tzolis and that "world cup star" We have signed some donkeys over the years...and cart horses! EDIT: was the culture around Cathro and Levein that decent players (of the past) could turn up here, get a wedge, not try a leg, top up their pensions, and ease into retirement? Felt like it. Others, Goncalves (not Esmael) looked immense until that injury in a semi-final at Hampdump (I think that’s where it was - can’t mind and I was there….could have been the pumping off the Huns one)? Joel Pieria simply as I played football manager back in the day and he was a shit hot keeper and came from Man Utd. PapaShango
So many over the years that have been mentioned. Other notable ones go to: Kevin Tawddle Leigh Jenkinson Craig Nelson - I'm sure he was capped at Scotland B level and I thought he would be great but he was another that was hopeless.
