If this happens, we can immediately issue an activation email to get you into your account. Please email us on [email protected] requesting this activation based on your email not being recognised. The 7th of March has now come and gone, no DD has been set up at the bank and no payment has been taken. I’ll leave it until the end of this month until I take action! Plato Posted March 8 Share Posted March 8 Could not access my Foundation account, it did not recognise my e-mail address, I Iinformed them. Got back an activation screen and I had to create a knew password. On screen it said "welcome back" I had never left. Then I discovered that they had not taken my March contribution, have informed them so await with interest. I think they better get their act together or they will lose pledgersv. As soon as you log out then they’re forgotten again and another code was requested to get back in. My D/D has come out on the 6th of every month for years. Checked the bank and nothing has been taken. I can’t even see a stipe D/D in my banking app under monthly payments. We were promised a smooth transition over to the new site and all D/Ds wouldn’t be affected. If this happens to numerous foundationers then I imagine this months takings will be sorely affected. The FOH do a great job and as a concerned foundationer then I’d hope all payments are taken during migration. They don’t have an easy task especially with moaning ****s like me but at the end of the day, we’re all concerned die hard jambos who love our club and that’s the reason we pays our monies. Once I get the 4 digit temp code to login, I see they have my email address & name correct - but for some reason the login screen doesn't think I exist. I chucked in a small one-time pledge tonight to see if it updated my total correctly - which it did, and I got the confirmation email too. I also can't get the "reset your password " function to remember what I put in. Maybe its not doing a real-time update behind the scenes .... who knows.
