Interesting decision to start Sibbick ahead of Halkett. The latter didn't play well in the previous Dundee game and was noticeably looking pretty bulky in the half time warm up last weekend. Before anyone starts about how he is super fit etc this was simply an observation as I don't think he has got back his full match fitness and leanness.

Has to be done:

Me too, had him anytime @ 12/1

On the bright side got Sibbick anytime at 18/1.

That is poor patter. Support the lad.

Big opertunity for him. But yes we'd all feel a little more confident with Kingsley in the team.

I’ll definitely be supporting the guy but I feel that if he lets us down today he’ll be away in the summer he’s had plenty of chances, we’ll see what he’s made of today.

Folk shitting it off Dundee 🤣

I must have just imagined them roasting us for the bulk of the game at Tynie? Credit where it is due they are a competent team.

Roasting us? Behave ffs.

Not a stellar Hearts team but still more than enough to get the 3 points.

More down to how poor we were. Competent team but we should have no fear of beating teams like that

Oda lucky to get a start, would have had Vargas in before him.

I would have too but maybe today he will get a cross into the box rather than against the foot of the full back.

Not a bad side but would have played Fraser before Beni who is simply not fit and has shown no sign of getting any fitter !

He's still one of our best players every week.

Why?

Let us down so often, has to put a big performance in today , Rowles, halkett , Kent , Kingsley and neilson all play in a back 3/4 , imo he’s behind all of them

Nice to see referees are up to the usual standard?

Aberdeen 6 fouls   3 bookings

Celtic  9 fouls 1 bookings

Fraser has played a grand total of 8 minutes of football this year. Will need a couple weeks to get upto speed properly.

Never confident when Sibbick plays unf.

The question is how can he be ahead of Halkett? That is concerning.

Halkett not trusted fitness wise in a back 4 yet?

I think Naismith has gone for more pace at the back, as in the last game they punted and ran at us the whole game.

Exactly! We were caught by punts and running at us in the first half.  Need to be aware today.

Hope so, I want him to do well like every Hearts player but I think Vargas poses more of a threat. I'm sick of Oda repeatedly turning back with the ball and not facing up the opposition and having a run at them.

Chuck Berry

Has Sibbick played CH at any point this season? It seems a big gamble to drop him in there ahead of Halkett.

Get on the plane today Rowles.

Not confident. For us to win Hoff and Grant need to play well. They don't usually.

Dundee will be positive and up for it.

We NEED to start well and probably score 3.

I’d normally agree but Halkett was poor in the home match against Dundee. Got to be a factor in Naisys selection.

If we dominate possession then Toby will be fine dealing with counter attacks, if we’re backs to the wall that’s when he might struggle
