I class Elton with Meatloaf, Alice Cooper and Springsteen. Not in styles but in they don't do concerts, they do shows.

Born entertainers who have tuned their acts over decades and, as with Meatloaf, will entertain till their dying day.

Agree, I have saw Alice Cooper many times and he never dissapoints, his shows are incredible.

I saw Meatloaf get bottled off stage at Reading about a million years ago, I hit his feet with a bottle of pish 🤦 in my defense much Thunderbird and Amphetamine had been taken.

Agree with keeping lion king out but his Dua Lipa collaboration was fine. Not so keen on the Britney one.

The Dua Lipa one was 3 old tunes wasnt it?

I saw the same thing happen to REM at Milton Keynes. Glastonbury seems a bit more civilised (thankfully).

He gave you the knock back in Fire Island about 50 years ago, didn't he?!

Im not exactly his biggest fan as I’m into rock music , but Fek me if you can’t admire this show and performance there’s something not right.

Percival King

Call me a silly old sentimental sausage but it would be good to see Bernie Taupin on stage at some point tonight.

Think self confidence is a requirement for the gig. Like the song, not so much the singer

It's Edinburgh's own David Johnston, been with Elton for decades.  Say what you like but EJ is a different class to anything that has been on.

Spot on. DJ is a very accomplished musician and EJ is an absolute legend

Is it not being able to work the telly remote that makes you so edgy on the internet?

Festivals live and die by headliners delivering. Friday was a disaster, Saturday ruined by sound being distorted whereas tonight is spot on.
