You remember correctly, Konnie, she is indeed a sicko Tennent's drinking weirdo that sits down for a pish, apart from at the occasional music festival, where a squat behind the techno tent will often suffice. She'd be out on her ear if she ever brought Branston baked beans home from the supermarket, though. And I'd be sending her hard drive off to the old bill pronto. Aye, the same every time there is some sort of shortage / slow supply. Step 1: Slow supply of products. Almost everyone still getting their usual shopping. Step 2: Media report the supply issue. The panic merchants run out and empty the fecking shelves.

Undoubtedly that's a lot to do with it. Remember the petrol/diesel shortages last year, it was 3 or 4 garages in the London area then when the media got a hold of it, it suddenly became much more widespread because the panic merchants were out filling up their cars up only for most of them to sit on their driveway for the rest of the week. Well in this case, some folks attic's and garages are going to stink in a week or two when all that fruit and veg starts to rot.

il Duce McTarkin
The bog-roll and bleach hoarders have latched on to the latest shortage scare, I see. Nothing like the peospect of a minor shortage to rapidly descend into a major shortage on account of some easily panicked, wobbly-hedded, cretinous, rimjobs.
