There is a couple of older guys ( one posts on here with a Heil Hitler - 88 in his username ) who are determined to infiltrate the Gorgie Ultras , and they even pontificate like they are a part of the group, but they are not . Didn't know the difference between the groups so that's good to know. Getting an ultras group with a good reputation and being a genuine asset to a club seems to be quite a challenge. You dont have to look far to find examples where it goes wrong. The fact that our boys and girls have now been around a season or two and still getting positive feedback is pretty good going. Hopefully as well the club and ultras are looking to expand the section in the Gorgie stand. Also making that whole bottom section a standing area would be an improvement.. Thought it was noticeable that when a few folk started chanting “Hello Hello” they drowned it out pretty quickly with their drum and started a more apt song.
