FFS, he was standing right where it happened and he did **** all. Absolutely disgraceful from a referee who started off okay and then decided Ireland were allowed to do whatever they wanted. As things stand, it wouldn't be a shock if they meet again in final, although quarter finals will be harder for both of them, or us if we somehow get through.
