Stuart Hogg in rehab after his recent meltdown and arrest.

I saw that. It read to me that he's spent his time in rehab and had posted on instagram afterwards to report that he's been busy getting his head straight.

Sounded as though he'd spent a couple of weeks there. I'm no expert on matters of rehab and recovery but It struck me that two weeks wouldn't be near enough for him.

Either way - good on him seeking out the help and, for the sake of his four kids, I hope he gets himself better.

Perhaps if he hadn't behaved like a wrong un he would have avoided the abuse online.

What did he do?

The whole thing about his affair then leaving his wife around the same time she was giving birth to their third child.

84000 of a crowd too!

Good game, I think St's first 30 minutes lost them the game.

Fingers crossed Toulouse win the whole thing. A neutral referee will certainly help them. Will be a change to see a trophy at Tottenham's stadium, that's for sure.

I think so too.  They were a very different proposition in the second half.

Toulouse would beat either, IMO.

Listened to the last 20 mins of Leinster-Northampton on BBC 5 Sports Extra yesterday.  I’m no lover of Leinster but the commentary of some halfwit English fanboy plus a former Northampton player / coach would have made BBC Radio Northampton blush with embarrassment at the bias.

Great to hear the tears when Leinster won.

Consider that line stolen for some of my Spurs-supporting mates :D

Whatever about the media coverage, I had the good fortune to be sitting close to the corner where four of the tries were scored.  Northampton had a couple of thousand in the ground, and most of them were seated next to us.  They were outnumbered, but they were brilliant.  They made plenty of noise, especially when Saints got back into the game and scored two tries right in front of them. Fair play to them, and not a complaint could be heard from them on the walk back into town afterwards (except about the appalling queues for the gents).

Good for them and glad you enjoyed the game.  I don’t listen to tons of rugby on the radio but found it annoying that I couldn’t be watching a clock (so wasn’t always sure if it was stoped or running, which makes a difference in a close match)or see where on the field the action was happening which is also significant.

Whether Bath were playing clever with the "serious injury" doom and gloom quotes or they actually didn't know, Finn Russell is back fit and ready to play.

Tonight's game v Munster is a sell out.

Looking forward to this.

Beni signing has put me in a right good mood. 😂

Fingers crossed we put together an 80 minute performance and get the win. Would take some of pressure away from last game away to Benetton

Results today have gone okay for Edinburgh. Beat Benetton and they're in play offs.

As for last night, some might say ref allowed Munster to get away with the same tricks they, Leinster and Ireland have perfected in last few years. Lie over ball, come in from side, if more offside and winge like babies to referees if so much as a decision goes against them.

They also roll away from breakdown straight into way of opposition but few refs have guts to ping them.

Hopefully Leinster get pumped in Euro cup and a South African team can wit championship.

Glasgow don't look like they strength but anything would be better than Leinster/munster and their obnoxious supporters.

Glasgow not doing themselves, or Edinburgh, any favours. Getting hammered by the Lions in South Africa despite playing the whole of the 2nd half against 14 men, and the first part of it against 13. They've given up 5 tries since having the numerical advantage 🤦‍♂️

The bonus point win for the Lions brings them level on points with Edinburgh.

Quite a race for the playoffs in the URC with only 1 game to go, with 4 points separating Edinburgh in 7th and Ospreys in 11th. Lot of permutations of who will make the quarter finals, but it's simple for Edinburgh, beat Benetton and they're in. That's not going to be an easy task though, they're a good team these days and winning in Treviso is no simple matter. If I was betting on it, I'd actually put my money on Benetton. A losing bonus point or 2 with a try bonus (haha, as if, with Edinburgh this season!) might be enough for them still to sneak in though depending on results elsewhere.

I suppose when you are so often on the right side of shall we say, crap refereeing it's easy to be so patronising to those who are on the wrong side of it. You've been a patronising smart arse quite a lot this season.

Despite his broken nose, the French media are saying Blair Kinghorn will be fit for the Champions Cup final next Sunday (live on ITV 2.45pm).

For the much needed takedown of the super arrogant Irish, before they have to have more New Zealanders in side.
