Bullshit.
Ref should just give them 20 points for being Ireland. 😡

Off.

Game is still there with some ball.

No point being brave when the ref is a shitebag.

Did the ball not roll forward just before it was picked up and carried over for their try?

Absolutely nothing in that again 😂 Some awful, awful decisions.

The amount of obstruction and blocking by Ireland in open play is so blatant it’s almost amazing the officials don’t see it. Almost.

Great credit to score a try after 6 Ireland offsides in a row.

I stopped watching, that ref is bad for one's BP.

Did he award any pens or advantage for the string of offsides?

At two knock ons for ball going backwards. Including the last one.

Going by last 2 weeks, despite the sycophants on TV, the era of Irish dominance is over.

Totally agree he seemed desperate to always keep the Irish happy.I had to turn not off and watch Blade Trinity!

Closer score I suppose but backs against the wall for so much of it.

Boy Christie was brilliant.

A bit nervous, but I'll take that.  Honour preserved by Scotland, but a deserved win by Ireland.

Incredible defence and rewarded by the late try and maybe the hardest fought losing bonus of all time.

Rewarded by a try that would grace any game.

3rd place again.

Could, and there's a good chance of it, still be 4th if losing team get a bonus point in the France-England game, and definitely if the losing team get 2 bonus points.

I've just realised I've said that about a try scored by a fella from Leith.

@Maple Leaf will be along to ban me shortly.

:Agree:  Jones is a great player.  One of Scotland's top 5 with Russell,  DVDM,  Tuipulotu,  Graham.  The missing 2 of those have scuppered Scotland big time.

Overall I'm giving Scotland a pass mark in the championship.  Shit loss to Italy but it is Italy's historic season.  Ropey half vs Wales.  Not a great performance vs France but still cheated out of the win.  Overall it's a top half finish (probably) in a tournament of brutal competition.

Same here. I dipped out with about 15 minutes to go. No point watching it when the ref's inconsistency plaus such a huge part in it.

Too many games in this 6N have revolved around shitebag refereeing decisions from shitebag referees.

I'm just going to look at porn. You know where you are with porn.

A no-points warning seems appropriate in this case.  But, please, no more complimentary remarks about Leith or Leith denizens.

6th offside by England in a row finally penalised. But France score. Subs can make the difference.

And so it turns out. France get 2nd with the win, but England get 3rd with a losing and try bonus point.

I suppose we can't really moan about 4th when each team above us won more games.

Anyone care to explain how the yellow card awarded in Scotland game to Irish guy was allowed to stay a yellow? No mitigation, clearly upright and head to head yet according to officials, it wasn't dangerous. It was a text book example of a red card offence under the rules the sport is played under.

Why the **** are these filthy Irish ***** allowed to play under different rules than rest of countries?

No guys, it was a clear no arms tackle. Always a penalty in every rugby game.

I think the post Rugby World Cup element needs taken into account.

Obviously France had a hangover but maybe Ireland did too.

Next year more back to normal.

8 games with losing bonus points. Must be a record.

It could be Mikey, I just think every weekend has been great for rugby, upsets, controversy, wee teams beating bigger teams, England getting beat by a point today!! Exciting games, really enjoyed it.

Just watched highlights. I couldn’t see if Ireland's second try was grounded!

No way the ref could tell from where he was if the ball was grounded .i watched a number of replays and couldn’t tell

He was desperate to award it though

I thought it was and I also thought that Furlong's should have been awarded. There was downward pressure on the ball and, unless they changed the laws, that should be a try - even though it squirted back.

Standard of match officiating has been as bad as I can remember.
