There will still be train cancellations. The NEC of the RMT will be gutted at the result of 3 to 1 in favour of acceptance by the Network Rail staff. It weakens their hand considerably now in their negotiations with the RDG who are in affect the TOCs. I expect a resolution by the end of the week and all strike action called off. But, I expect the RMT to have individual disputes with individual TOCs and instead of striking settle for overtime bans and work to rule.
