That remains to be seen. There will still be train cancellations.

The NEC of the RMT will be gutted at the result of 3 to 1 in favour of acceptance by the Network Rail staff.

It weakens their hand considerably now in their negotiations with the RDG who are in affect the TOCs.

I expect a resolution by the end of the week and all strike action called off.

But, I expect the RMT to have individual disputes with individual TOCs and instead of striking settle for overtime bans and work to rule. Which in affect will cause just as much train cancellations as a strike will.
