maroongoals Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 HEARTS have appointed former Scottish FA and Scottish Golf chief Andrew McKinlay as their new CEO. McKinlay will take up his position at Tynecastle this week after chairman Ann Budge conducted a lengthy recruitment process. Where does this joker fit in this? Maybe we would be better playing golf. Quote
1971fozzy Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 Sort it out. Do your job. Get rid of this manager and tell Budge to have no input in appointing a new one Quote
Dusk_Till_Dawn Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 This is the prick who tried to stitch us all up over season tickets, no? Quote

Toxteth O'Grady Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 Budge and all her massive management team who have done nothing for the “performance” of the Football Team, need to go Quote

Not much - but that's not a fair way to judge him. He and the FoH reps on the board will have to step up and take responsibility very soon though (May/June ?) once the share transfer takes place. Budge will step back a bit. Apart from bombarding FoH with angry emails about the football, the concept of hundreds of fans actually cancelling their pledges out of sheer frustration at times like tonight is about the only way we have of putting pressure on the HMFC board to bring about change/improvement - regardless of what the FoH governance plan says their role will be. To be honest though, Dave, I’m not even interested in the answer. What your original comment demonstrates is that we’ve created a structure where no one feels responsible for the repeated calamities that have befallen us over the course of the past 5 seasons. It’s a complete shitshow and there is no sign of it ending. I’m not even sure we can say for certain that this is as low as it gets. Quote
