It seems ridiculous that one party (Epstein) has the legal right to protect any other party in the future from being sued or being criminally charged by the 2nd party (Roberts) - in exchange for money being paid by party one to party 2. It seems morally bizarre that a court would agree to accept an unspecified settlement like that as legally ok. It also begs the question about whether the legal team now taking on VG's case against HRH were aware of this sealed agreement or not. Or whether VG herself had genuinely forgotten all about it. Or if she was just chancing her arm that it wouldn't come to light, and didn't tell her legal team. Or if Epstein had told all his paedo "friends" (including HRH) about the settlement - "Don't worry chaps, I've taken care of things." Maybe he paid off several other under-age girls too for their silence ? Interesting to see if the judge throws VG's case out, based on this document. Lets hope he doesn't !! Giuffre is said to be very well off financially, with absolutely no interest in a financial settlement from this case. She is looking to take her revenge on the people involved and bring them down. This decision by the judge, today, seems to be Prince Andrew's only chance of all the sordid details of his involvement with the Epstein gang being kept away from the public. He's already having to self isolate more than the general population for now. The rest of the royals must be very nervous at the media attention that will drop on the rest of them should this action go ahead this year.
