Think you've got the wrong end of the stick.

PS I am very friendly with the ex-CI of Serious Crime Squad.  Have been most of his adult life even when I was berserking in the 70's.

So, in summary, police had nothing to do with it and I have nothing against the police but, as those who were around in the 70's and 80's, the police behaviour at times at football matches was criminal.  The facts prove it!

To be fair to the Polis. Back then they gave as good as they got. They got plenty. Only difference was nobody moaned as most knew they deserved it.

Someone posting that Wighton away now on loan to Dunfermline.

If Gnando is injured, we are left with only Boyce as a forward.

We have let Roberts go (thankfully) but Henderson has not looked great and Naismith doesnt play on plastic usually.

Not great planning unless we are signing someone.

WTF loan a player to our main promotion rivals FFS! 🤷‍♂️

QoS away was one of the highlights of the 14/15 Championship season, their fans were very friendly and the whole town seemed to enjoy our presence.

It's just a pity their chairman took the Celtic pound and as a result, I will never set foot in their ground again.

The first match that season was a potentially tough one on paper but we had the game won by half time. More of the same tonight Hearts.

Wonder if Robbie is going to persist with a 442 or perhaps go 433 dropping Gnando (or Boyce) to the bench?

Gordon

Smith Halkett Popescu Kingsley

Halliday Irving

McEneff

Walker Boyce GMS

Would be a strong line up, certainly more suited to getting balls into the box which he seemed to note was an issue before.

We should all pray and put our collective goodwishes towards Nando, if this is indeed true. As Billy, is a firm believer in the power of online football fans' influence on the team's performance.👍🏻

Really ****ing pisses me off that these ***** in the media keep truncating our name. The title of this thread is MAGNIFICENT.

No need for all that lazy pish in the fixture listings:

It would be good to see Naismith play right up top.  We all know he’s a nuisance, will hassle defenders all day long.

I’m surprised we haven’t seen that a bit more than we have when we’ve needed to change during matches or do something different from the start.

Think that's the only place Naismith is effective these days, up front.

I’m going to take that as just one change. McEneff is the obvious one not to play. Henderson or Gnando in his place?

Early 70,s I'd say. I was there too. Think we won 2-1.

I was there. Massive support. 2-0. It was 1-0 with a minute to go and Busby scored the second. February 1975.

Neilson didn't mention any injuries this morning, apart from Gino's op.

Be strange to omit an important fact like your number 9 has done himself a wrong 'un, I'd have thought.

How very curious.

White was the only new injury according to Robbie.

Was it not Ralph Callachan that scored the 2nd?

No doubting it, and you were right.   Strange comment from last week and I know it wasn’t you.

Just checked on London Hearts. Ralph Callachan midway through first half and Willie Gibson midway through the second half. Just under 14.000 there.

I now think the choice to play further back is Naismiths.  Couple of managers who have played him out of position so more likely to be coming from him imo.

You think Naismith overruled the manager where he wants to play ?
