Malinga the Swinga

For semi final, that was about as exciting as paint drying. Man City finding out that quite a few of their so called superstars are in fact, very ordinary at best.

Sterling and Jesus both pants and Mendy must have set world record for passing ball straight back to whoever passed it to him in first place.

Chelsea boring as ever but nicked goal as City's stand in keeper decided to wander out his goals for absolutely no reason.

Still, keeps the commentators quiet from harping on about going for 4 trophies.

Curiously West Ham have played the most ultra defensive football I've seen this season.

Don't think you're watching the same West Ham as me. In their last 4 matches they've scored 11 and let in 10. You don't score that amount of goals or concede like that by playing a defensive game.

Hate Chelsea but delighted all the talk about City's perfect season can now stop 😁

Not much love for either club but glad to see Chelsea win. Man City are gaining that undeserved fear factor through their possession game

, similar to what Arsenal enjoyed for a spell under Wenger.

Teams are too engulfed with fear and the points end up becoming too easy for City. (I know this was the cup).   But a team or two come along who believe in themselves and don’t fear teams who are good in possession.

I think Tuchel has definitely bred that into Chelsea but they have the players.

Feckingbottom livinv up to his name, 5 defeats and down they go hahahahaha.

To be fair Sheffield United (and West Brom and Fulham) looked doomed after we saw their squads back in September.

Off the pitch issues has hurt them. Poor recruitment down to the owners more than the management.

Won't even get a Sheffield derby next season either.

So is this the good guys versus the bad guys tonight?

The saints versus the scabs?

And people said Liverpool were the media darlings last season.

True.

But when you go to war, its not just the people who start it who get hurt.

I watched it for 10 minutes.  Boring doesn't come close to describing it.

Everybody should protest. Every player and fan should protest.

That’s not fair, the Leeds players have protest t shirts.

The accusation is this is the sort of game Liverpool don't want.

Their owners want to play AC Milan or maybe Real Madrid (lol) instead.

Seems Klopp has done it old school and gone after Leeds and Gary Neville after the game.

I’m really not sure why he’s gunning for Neville. He keeps going on about You’ll Never Walk Alone for some reason.

Seriously, what is wrong with ESL.

Ask Liverpool fans if they would like another 5 years out of Europe playing Burnley and West brom or guaranteed matches versus Real and AC.

Oh and see these fans who go on about tradition, maybe ask their managers not to play their under 16s in the League and FA cups.

That'll be the same Burnley and West Brom they couldn't beat at Anfield so you are probably right.

Not really the point. They want the Van dykes, Sallahs and Manes' in their team, but unless they generate more funds they can't. So will fans accept players of lesser quality and another 30 years without a title.

West Brom won a couple of games. But they have had no answer against Leicester. The great Sam Allardyce clueless it seems. Should have been 6-0 at half time.

Not looking good for them.

The West brom away  strips are ridiculous.    I think I'd refuse to wear it if given the choice.   Yep, I would.

If it’s the green and yellow one it’s a historical one for them.

How many chances are Liverpool going to miss !!...still 1-0

Newcastle do have a player in Saint-Maximim though

He is a cracking player, I've watched a couple of videos of him in training, he's consistent with pace power and accuracy, I like him a lot
