My fault for leaving it on the UHD. For some reason it's way behind the HD.

But that's just me. I like to live the high life.

Hopefully the Liverpool players will have a big celebration for a couple of days and all be hungover for their game in midweek...

They probably have. This also could be the difference between Everton staying up or going down.

The VAR people have to either get stuff like this correct or just bin it completely. When it was brought in it was as said that it would reduce the talking points and make the game too sterile. It’s done the opposite and doesn’t put English officials in a good light.

But, but the English refes are full time professionals.

The other great myth said on here to make Scottish refs better.

A shit ref will always be a shit ref.

But being a sht ref with VAR is a whole ne level of shitness.

Keeping up the bizarre record that the winner of a Chelsea - Tottenham semi have never gone on to win a final.

Good trivia there Tazio. How many semi-finals are involved. And don't say just one!

unless you specifically mean the league cup (i've not actually checked those yet) that is false as chelsea faced spurs in the semis of the 2012 fa cup and then chelsea beat liverpool in the fial

This.

Coupled with the fact that I wanted Liverpool to win.

Malinga the Swinga

I really don't like Liverpool but there was a delicious irony in Chelsea bringing on specialist keeper to save penalties only for him to end up costing them trophy.

One of the worst penalties I've seen.

I must have been watching a different match from everyone else.

People saying it was the best 0-0 ever etc

Thought the quality was pretty poor, neither keeper had much to do, bar one excellent save each, and there were long passages of play of both teams just punting it anywhere.

Sometimes the atmosphere and occasion can make it seem more exciting than it really is.
