Section Q Posted February 18, 2020 Posted February 18, 2020 Went into etickets. Message saying sold out or unavailable. Anyone know what's happening...? Quote
buca junior Posted February 18, 2020 Posted February 18, 2020 I had a similar experience. I called the ticket office and booked my usual seats with no issue. Quote
Brick Tamland Posted February 18, 2020 Posted February 18, 2020 I got same message, assuming error with website as it should be open to season ticket holders. Quote

Saying the same for St Mirren & Motherwell tickets too - must be a glitch with e-tickets, for a change! That was in Chrome - haven't tried in IE or firefox etc. Edited February 18, 2020 by August Landmesser Quote

Walter Payton Posted February 18, 2020 Posted February 18, 2020 Using Chrome, I got the error message everyone's reporting. I switched to Microsoft Edge and on the bar on the right side of the page it had an extra heading "reserved seats" (that didn't appear on Chrome) from where I was able to buy our season tickets. You have to put your password in 3 effing times and then makes you change the format of your phone number with no spaces even though it has spaces already on the page and then you cannot pick an option for them to contact you and after all that shite it refuses to save. SectionDJambo Posted February 18, 2020 Posted February 18, 2020 Got into my account on e tickets but I’ve got a problem. I turned 65, 2 weeks after the start of the season. Had to pay full price for my season ticket for the sake of those 2 weeks. Now the system wants full price of £30 instead of £20 for the Rangers match. Got concession prices for every other cup tie I’ve been to, no problem. Checked my account details and it knows my birth date. It won’t let me override the price. I take it I need to phone the ticket office or go in to get my ticket at the correct price? Quote

Yes, it does seem a bit daft launching it after tickets have already been on sale. Quote
