Skivingatwork
Need to separate out business performance from the footballing side. The business has been functioning well and AB deserves a lot of credit for that. However, the football side of operations has been one disaster after another and it’s right to scrutinise the decision making that has got us where we are today. We’ve been on a downward trajectory for over 3 years now.

Rocky jamboa
All her focus is on the financial results as opposed to the results on the park. In some ways, she should stay around if we get relegated, to get us out of her mess, but she need needs to go and we need complete change from the top down. FOH need to step up to the plate now as well. We've put up with this crap for too long.

Ok she didn't know much about the football side, but even a blind man could see he was wrong from the start. Just the way he handled dumping a Championship winning team should have alarm bells ringing. The deals he handed out would be fine if we were signing Messi, not for second rate has been's. Silvery_Moon
Herself and Craig Levein were happy to go out on the pitch and share the praise with the players when we won the championship so now has to take the blame for this massive failure. There are many people responsible for this mess but ultimately (as in any organisation) the buck stops with her. I thank her for everything she has done which will has secured this club for a long time but her loyalty to Levein has ruined things. Since that admission from last year she managed to not appoint a sporting director first when that was the logical thing to do, procrastinate for months and then make the wrong appointment. We've come a long way since excessive loyalty but I am not sure it was only just a matter of that. She is not shy about basking in the limelight and successful people's ego's demand to be fed. The biggest issue is 100% in the boardroom. The cliche of a fish rotting from the head down applies perfectly to Hearts. Budge didn’t just make a mistake with Levein. Runaway spending on new stand (still not complete) - dumped on FoH. DoF allowed to appoint his pet (Cathro) who after one press conference looked like a rabbit in headlights, and didn't improve. It's almost impossible to believe she ever interviewed this guy on any level and could think him suitable. Cathro binned, and CL is appointed after a search for a new manager/coach/whatever fails. Apparently. AB says she's going to review "the football dept at the start of 19/20 season (what was the club doing over the close season , after a calamitous preceding 5 months ?) after saying publicly how disorganised CL is. Then we then find out what has REALLY been going on behind the scenes that accounts for a disastrous 5 months in 18/19 season. Apparently there were funds available in the last transfer window - look how that panned out. FoH reps have a duty to hold exec directors to account - what are they doing ? Obviously not questioning the performance of director Levein or the crazy structure which allows him so much control and is such a fundamental business risk. We all know how that panned out. No issues in the boardroom ? If this was a PLC that you had shares in run like that, squandering millions, in a 3 year decline, you'd say "no issues in the boardroom". Honestly? Cathro being appointed was a risk worth taking at the time IMO based on the league position when he took over. He came with a lot of potential and pedigree from across Europe and could’ve went either way. What wasn’t worked in was his inability to deal with the media. For him to still be involved in conversations is remarkable. He’s been away for 3 odd years. CL and AB have sole responsibility for the mess we’re in and her radio silence since his removal from his post is deafening. She doesn’t know what to say, or what to do. The DOF post is still empty, which was one of the priorities apparently. The club is falling to bits under her leadership and the disconnect between fans and hierarchy is getting bigger with every passing day. The sooner this footballing season is over the better so work can commence on sorting this mess.
