Still annoys the **** outta me that they built shitey, poor quality, over-priced flats on the Powderhall site. I've been to speedway and dog tracks all over and Powderhall was one of the best.

Been a weird one this transfer saga, always felt he would end up here and it always sounded like we were his top destination.  I do feel we could have gone out and signed him up the first week of Jan but better late than never.

I lived in one of those flats. They’re quite nice.

Special time, you romeo 😀. Was only renting at the time. Nice wee en-suite, balcony with a decent view. Modern flats are generally not finished to a high standard unless you go really upmarket. 
 

Walls were paper thin so I hope you never made too much noise with your shenanigans 😀

I know the Burton fans must be a bit gutted. I would say though, that player power probably pushed this through. £150k isn't massive but if he only wanted to come to us then it was a case of what we were offering or nothing. 

 

Shame we couldn't offload someone to them too. But a brilliant acquisition if it happens.

even if he has signed (doubtful since no official statement from Hearts yet) will the registration office be open tomorrow?  Or will they shut the doors so we can't register a new player for the weekend coz, coz that's the roolz innit?
