He's successfully sold the club to a number of new signings too that I don't think we would have got otherwise. I'll be very happy if this gets confirmed tomorrow. MacPhee moving to Sporting Director paves the way for clearing out the coaching staff and letting the new manager bring in his own while keeping MacPhee at the club.
