Really difficult to get my head round that picture. Given the  line of what look like the whisky warehouses in the background it's as if the pitch has been rotated 90 degrees sometime in the past. The wee guy with the ball at his feet is Jimmy.

It’s the 1896 Scottish Cup Final at Logie Green.

It is Balde but if this game was the Celtic 0-2 Hearts 2/4/05 which is what I think it is then according to London Hearts , Balde didn't play

Two Hearts players hidden in this phot but can make a pretty good guess at who they are. 7 in total

Looks like it's St Midden they're playing and the ref's trying to keep them all from administering some much-deserved justice on McGarvey on the ground. Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy...

My guess is that John Colquhoun is lying on the ground and Robbo is checking on him

And rolled their sleeves up and didn't wear gloves.

And let loads of goals in because they slipped through their hands.?

I think it's against Clyde. Jimmy Wardhaugh and Jim Souness????. Maybe Harry Haddock with Junior McGillvray in the background. Maybe totally wrong.

It looks like the goalie could be Miles Hogarth?  Other one mentioned in the programme is Roddy McKenzie.
