Oh the invalid cars ..... I always felt so sorry for them, pitch side position, poor view and rewarded with dents in your roof from thrown bottles and cans! Cruel world,.

You wouldn't think it wasn't Simmons from this phot. Think that's why people were doubting it was him

What happened before Dallas stepped in to drag it away. Celtic v Hearts 2/4/2005. I never knew Andy Webster could make himself look like Stephen Simmons, but there you go...

Two Hearts players hidden in this phot but can make a pretty good guess at who they are. 7 in total

It's Tommy McLean on the right and it looks like his big brother Jim McLean on the left both playing for Kilmarnock?

The guy with the tracksuit top on, to the right of Harry Kinnear, is Drew Rutherford, who came from Gorebridge.

I knew Drew for years. A lovely guy and a Hearts fan. Loved his football. He played for Arsenal youths, then came back up to play for East Fife and St Johnstone. He got us tickets for games at East Fife when Hearts visited. He went on to be captain of Saints and became their record appearance holder. I think Alan Main may have surpassed that since.

He was St Johnstone captain when they pipped us to the 1st Division title in 1983. He sadly died, far too young, a few years ago, taken by cancer.

Left to right, Kenny Black, Neil Berry, Sandy Jardine, Gary MacKay and Sandy Clark. Not sure who is on the ground.

Really difficult to get my head round that picture. Given the  line of what look like the whisky warehouses in the background it's as if the pitch has been rotated 90 degrees sometime in the past. The wee guy with the ball at his feet is Jimmy.

To be honest, I think it’s Marshall but didn’t have a clue about the other player.

Dave Clark an East Fife stalwart and Tynecastle  School graduate in the front row. Great wee player and the smallest centre back I've seen at senior level. Could do a thousand at Keepie Uppie IIRC.
