Had already been postponed for weather and had the potential to go to two replays before the next round the following week

Thanks for that, sensible forward thinking from the SFA surprisingly

That was when we qualified for Europe and finished second on the last day of the season. Think we beat Falkirk and Hibs beat Celtic at Parkhead.

Levein, Robbo, Ian Ferguson, McPherson, Millar, Snoddin, Bannon back row.

Jordan, McKinlay, Smith, Mackay, McLaren, Derek Ferguson, Frank Connor and Scott Crabbe front row.

A fantastic day at Tynecastle.

I think that is Arthur Mann, who we sold to Manchester City. I’m fairly sure he died in an industrial accident after retiring from football.

And about 7000 to see us finish 2nd. Changed days.

Davie Bowman on the right. McStay in the middle waiting to fulfill his potential and Im going to go out on a limb and say that Sellick no13 is Dom Sullivan.

Forklift crushed him, died age 51. Happened in Birmingham.

The end of that season was dreadful basically after the Airdrie semi. We stumbled over the line to get second when at one point we were cruising to it.

I'm still struggling with the guy closest to Big Gilles. Is it Paul Ritchie?

It is Stephane Paille.

The end of the League Cup final in 1962?

Tiny Wharton was the referee, who Kilmarnock found it hard to forgive after he disallowed an equaliser by Frank Beattie for handball.

I remember sitting watching on black and white tv, and grandad saying “is that them won that again?”.

Things got a bit different for 36 years.

Just an educated guess, but is that Donald Ford putting us ahead in the 1974 new year game?

We conceded 3 before half time and it finished 3-1 to them.

Slightly before my time really as I was only 5 yo at the time.
