Don't you just wish you were Pasha.  Now that will have those that don't watch that dancing program thinking what is the mad one from Mid Calder going on about.

8pm dot count tonight:

West Stand - currently selling everything except W8:

Allocation currently on sale: approx 12901

Seats remaining:  729

Seats apparently sold - West Stand: 12172

Hearts End (South Stand) - currently selling everything

Allocation currently on sale: approx 11588

Seats remaining:  0

Seats apparently sold - South Stand: 11588

East Stand - currently selling everything

Allocation currently on sale: approx 4757

Seats remaining:  0

Seats apparently sold - East Stand: 4757

Total seats currently made available for sale: 29,246

Total seats remaining: 729

Total seats apparently sold with the usual caveats:  28,517**

**Including grey'd out hospitality, wheelchair, blind and PA sales, it looks as if we could currently be around 28,750 tickets sold. It looks as if we've sold 400-500 in the last 22 hours.

The last section to go on sale is W8 with a capacity of 1,117.  Including seats remaining from current sections on sale, we have 1,846 left from our allocation of around 30,550.

If the sales pattern of the last few days continues into tomorrow and Sunday morning, we will probably end up with sales of around 29,400, which would mean 96-97% of available seats sold.

Very detailed update JALBO! ?

We’ve got a 6.30am start tomorrow to get up to Edinburgh... then 24 hours to build the excitement ?

Let’s hope there’s s last minute rush for a good chunk of the remaining tickets.

To me this guarantees the minimum 60,000 crowd.  People have pointed out Friday was pay day for many and if the weather is anything like decent I think Hearts selling out and 63,000 plus is well on the cards.

I would say unlikely but I have been wrong every time with the predictions on this one! It's a brilliant response from the fans to the GFA shenanigans

The record attendance for any all seated Scottish football game is currently 60,440 (Celtic v St.Mirren).

That record could be under threat.

How many empty seats due to segregation?

Don't think it has been declared, but I don't think it will be that many. Maybe two or three rows of seats in both the East and West Stands, roundabout the half way line, however many empty seats that involves.

If the clubs have both been given about 30,500 seats, and both sell out in full, that is 61,000. Sponsors and guests, SPFL and guests, players guests and families, from both sides, I don't know about 3-4,000 possibly. Could potentially be looking, if all seats are sold, at around 64-65,000 in a stadium with a capacity of 67,144.

Based on what I could work out, it appeared to be between 900 and 1,000.

We would’ve surely needed access to Celtic’s e-tickets to know?

Are we working on the assumption that they are getting part of E9 &E12?

Also, it appears we have the whole of W22 which I think goes right up to the half-way line. Suggesting they might get none of W24.

15 out of every section into W8. That gap is going to be annoying

You're right, we can't know for sure. My assumption is that given we've lost half a dozen columns from the blocks that we have for sale next to the Celtic support (W22,  E11 and E14 for instance), the equivalent Celtic blocks will also have lost half a dozen columns.

Just had another look and it does look like a few columns have disappeared.

A quick count suggests we’ve lost 6 seats from W22, E11 and E14. That works out at 850 seats lost from our side of the ground. If it’s the same for them, it’ll be 1700 which makes maximum capacity around 65,000.

I think we've lost more like 460 to segregation, and if the same is true for the equivalent Celtic sections, we'd be losing around 920 overall. Of course, my counting and guesswork could be miles out.

Loving the sea of maroon btw. Hope the club opens up lower W8 tomorrow and we sell the bottom half of the section.so you can give us a 'joined up' upper tier tomorrow night. :)

One thing to note is that despite all the wailing and gnashing of teeth when the tickets went on sale, anybody who wanted a ticket could get one, as long as they were on the database.

Well played Hearts/SPFL.
