Player has to say yes to Wigan, nothing Hearts can do to get him to go. Sell on fee....he has 6 months left on his contract and it would be a bonus to get anything. Wigan may offer more wages and some certainty than Rangers, sommaybe some hope there. Finally the director of football's position may be uncertain and Rangers may not follow through on Walker deal. Given the number of players they'd currently want to move on, it would seem sensible to hold signings until a new manager is sorted out. Think I'm alone in swimming against the tide hear but if it's actually £300k and a sell on clause and if Levein is actually going to get that money then fair enough.
