The idea is to turn the entire UK into a giant tax haven with everybody who's not a millionaire working a zero hours self employed contract for services. We kept our laws, Church, Education and the banks could print their own Notes. Whilst England kept everything. Language, Bank, Parliament, Monarch, Mint, Lords, Forces and Name.
