They don't have a meaning, per se. When a radio station in North America is given a licence to broadcast, they are assigned a series of letters as a form of identification. The letters are random, but the first letter will identify the country the station is registered in. A similar process is used for aircraft registration. Makes some extra money doing High School hops but he's starting to think it might be time to start that record store. He reckons it keeps him young. He feels all of 45 but going on 15.
