It's only a matter of time before Lolderwood gets the boot. Personaly cannot ever see it hapenning to be honest. JJ probably doesn't need to work again if he decides not to... Plus, why would you risk tarnishing your reputation amongst the supporters of the team you served with distinction as player, captain and manager? The Hibbies would not accept him and the Hearts fans would be a bit disappointed... cannot see what would be worth the risk at his stage of his career myself. Well, cannae blame the guy for looking out for himself I suppose and it's not like he was a former player and captain or even a supporter of Hearts. CC said lots of nice things about Adams when Petrie brought him in also. There is no reason to believe BB would be a better success than Adams. TheBigO
Perhaps get JJ to change his mind about Director of Fottball post? Lads give up on this one. JJ won't work with VR again due to VR's behaviour in the final few months of his tenure. His declining of the DoF job was his usual classy diplomacy and nought more. Hope y'all are looking forward to CT's return once the Lith season is over.... oooh I went there too. For the record, I'm 100% behind Paulo - you know what, he may even be a better coach than JJ and BB. I hope we get to find out. Off the record. Guid to see you Shawny! Roy Castletastic - my hissyfit probably refers to my thread which detailed what happened with a few issues at the the club from March up until JJ left. All I did was show that, with all around this board saying he'd lost it, JJ was working with two hands tied behind his back while VR meddled, accused and diddled his squad left right and centre. SO there you have it. Never been anti-VR. Still amn't really, I just shat a few facts onto the parade and a few noses were out of joint. Thread was removed as the mods poo'd it on legal grounds. Rudy T
When eventually gets the bullet I can seriously see getting the Hibs gig Aye, the vermin are in pantie creaming mode over this one. All part of the master plan apparently - Get Brown in, get the joker out and it paves the way for JJ........... now I'm no saying they're thick or anything but why not cut out the middle man, sack CC and bring JJ and Brown in together - or is it the case that JJ has already told them to ram it and brown is all they're going to get. Jefferies and Brown always remind me of that old Billy Connelly joke where the two old people are chatting in the park and the guy is saying how his wife has been by his side through, wars, the depression, old age and finishes up with "and I've been thiking you're a f**kin jinx" - just replace wars with Hearts, depression with Bradford and old age with Killie/Hearts (again)

From someone so closely linked with Hearts during his best days as a coach I was disappointed with him. Probably a bit childish in my part but I never took to him second time round for the above reason. I will leave it to say he and Hibs are well suited.
