jambosean75 Posted November 1, 2009 Share Posted November 1, 2009 i enquired about how much notice we're supposed to give to cancel the block booking. the answer was a month. however i've chanced my arm and handed in a letter asking to cancel the booking immediately stating we've a shortage of numbers and that i've been laid off and can't afford to pay for the month. i will let you know what they say. i suggest we wait a week or so and then start a new thread recruiting players. only once we've a pool of 16 or so ready to commit to coming most weeks do we then start again. Sean, did we not have extra money in the kitty built up from the times we have had 12 players. I would have thought that would have covered the few times we have only had 8 or 9 say? I would have thought that would have covered the few times we have only had 8 or 9 say? there's been far more weeks when there's less than ten than when there's been more especially recently. the last few weeks i've been subsidising it from my own pocket and it came to a head on sunday when i had to put ?20 in due to shortage of numbers.
